And I have still not gained any weight. In fact, I lost. :( It makes me nervous thinking that baby isn’t growing or isn’t the right size. Now that the semester is done with I can start eating more often and better. For breakfast I had a toaster strudel (guilty pleasure), yogurt, my vitamin, orange juice, and a protein shake. I just keep reading to increase protein for ladies who can’t gain weight. Help!
